In 1974 Austin got it's very first consignment fashion boutique...  It's located at the corner of Burnet Rd and Hancock and it's called Second Time Around Boutique.   Women who are looking for designer fashions at affordable prices should definitely check out this shop.  And check often since Marian Pace, (who purchased the store in 2001) brings in literally hundreds of new items every week.
